[trungduong] Go Vote!

Thang,
I envy you in your ability to see life and death so clearly in black and white; I, on the other hand, still see a lot of gray as to when life REALLY begins; death is a little easier to define but still a lot of ethical issues need to be sorted out; one thing I am sure of is that I cannot be PRO-LIFE AND PRO-DEATH at the same time.
Take a few hypothetical scenarios, for example:
What if someone you know became pregnant as a victim of rape. What would you recommend?
A murderer became repentant. Is there room for redemption ?
Are we 100% confident on lab results before sending someone to the chair?
A woman severely injured and comatose in indefinite vegetative state. Pull the feeding tube or wait for recovery?
These are very difficult questions that I don't think one party's platform beliefs can answer for the rest of us.

Binh,
Thanks for your comment. For capital punishment, some cases like serial
killers, terrorists, intended murders, etc. deserved to get the penalty. The
fetus/baby is innocent, can not be killed in vain.
Thang
