Hmmm. Back to those days in VN, families that didn't have any financial
support from relatives in external countries, like mine, did worry about
welfare, things like: how to put meal on the table tomorrow, how to survive
when get sick, etc. There were a lot of abortions there, too, by the way.

Ethical matter?
Claiming to protect every life while sending people to war for no real
cause?
