Yes, It sure is, PA. By the days we lived in VN, did we care about welfare, 
social security? Hell, no!! We don't know how to live tomorrow, but life 
stills goes on. Babies and lives still survived in that environment. And we 
still survived until the day we got here, right? If you don't see it's a 
serious ethical matter then I don't have anything to say.
