PA,
I worked on the assumption that we can travel with kids when the kid is
at least 5 years old. I ALWAYS want to travel but having kid will most
likely tie us down for at least 5 years. Ho^` is probably an exception
.. hehe
Of course, we will always welcome you to Australia. I travelled in my
20s as well but ... I still feel that it's not enough! What really
scare me was the picture of the elderly sitting in the nursing home
looking up the sky when an aeroplane flied pass and said : "I wish I
could travel ... only if my kid come and visit me" hehe
Phuong Dung, Ho^` and yourself probably would tell me different.

Phuong Anh,
Bonus $3000/baby vs Freedom to travel anywhere anytime
for the next 5 yrs ... that is the equation that I'm trying to solve ...
I guess the best solution would be both, right ?
Wait a minute. You want to travel within only the next 5 years?
If yes, then you're right, wait until after 5 years to have baby ;->
The question then is how? Unless you can show me how by
taking your family travelling around the world and visit me in Australia
next year ... hehe
As implied above, it's not easy to travel around the world with
babies/young kids. So we can't do that while our children are little.
But I am confident that 5 years from now we can. And if we can go to
Australia in that time frame of 5 years from now, will you still be
greeting us?
I did manage to have fun outing and traveling as much as I could
in my 20s beside my busy life of study and work. But I believe later in
life I will have much greater fun traveling with my own kids. Actually
we do have annual camping trip with relatives here in summer ( in White
Mountain). So we still have fun even the fun is still limited by the
parenting job. Jonathan is already playing soccer and swimming. It's
like a reward to see that. Almost forgot, it seems that Hie^?n va Dai
have traveled quite a bit with the baby, right ?
