I don't think Binh really wanted to twist your idea on this subject or any
of "us" would want to do that.
It's clear at this point :-) However, I see that a "decent" lawmaker or a
leader must consider as many as minority cases as possible to preserve the
fairness, equality, and freedom of every individual.
